The answer is simpler than you're thinking.

Selebus hates people just giving out answers. Made it a rule in the game's discord even. If you saved right at the option survive! or grow! the first time you reached it, and not after some loops, you should be able to rewind to the part you need.

So in the event viewer it shows upcoming events with their normal name in black. If you miss an event the name will change, be shown in red letters, and have a line through it. "Love Life, Let Go" is the missed event name for the event "I Died With You". The missable event is "I Died With You", and if you miss it you get "Love Life, Let Go", which makes it 'unmissable'.

The first two questions answers are literally given to you after the game explicitly tells you to pay attention. Clock number is evident if you look at the whole scene picture. Animal head question is just a number. What is love, is explicitly told in normal dialogue, it says love is something.

All info you need is in the events. Look beyond just the text box.
